At Trophy Watch Company, we stand behind the quality of our minimalist watches. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Window – You may return your watch within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Condition – The watch must be unworn, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

Proof of Purchase – A valid order number or receipt is required.

How to Request a Refund

1. Contact Us – Email our support team at support@trophywatchcompany.ca with your order details.

2. Return Approval – We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

3. Refund Processing – Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
